Professional Background
Billy co-founded ROI Commercial, LLC in 2017 after a 25-year tenure at a large commercial real estate firm, where he served as a senior broker and member of the company’s management team. He now serves as Broker-in-Charge of ROI Commercial. Billy’s primary focus is in the office sector of the commercial real estate market. Within this specialty, he provides clients with brokerage, leasing, and advisory services to help them navigate the many issues to be considered and evaluate the best course of action for a favorable result. Billy has also been active in the brokerage of investment properties and site selection assignments. Billy is among a very small percentage of commercial real estate brokers who have earned both the CCIM and SIOR professional designations.
Billy began his career in commercial real estate in 1991 after a successful career in the financial services industry. His many clients and customers include a long list of national, regional, and local buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, users, and investors who have benefited from Billy’s efforts and advice for the past 32 years.

Sherri Burriss co-founded ROI Commercial, LLC after spending almost 10 years at a large commercial real estate firm. She primarily specializes in the sales and leasing of shopping centers, retail and office buildings and land. She has an array of experience working with Landlords, Investment Buyers, Tenants and Business Owners. Her specialties include: Franchisee/Tenant Representation, Shopping Center Leasing/Sales, Office Leasing/Sales, Site Selection, Land Development, and Investment Sales. With her previous experience in the public sector assisting state and local governments, Sherri’s strategic planning background and problem solving skills provide an excellent resource for clients looking to align their overall business objectives with their real estate needs.

Mrs. Burriss graduated from Erskine College, Due West, South Carolina with a BS in Business Administration/Psychology. She also received a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of South Carolina.

Professional Background
George has been an active commercial real estate broker since 2007, specializing in sales and leasing of industrial, flex, and office properties. He spent a decade working at a large commercial brokerage firm before leaving to help form ROI Commercial. All these years of experience includes a wide array of clients that include fortune 300 companies, government entities, non-profits, and local small businesses. George is a recipient of multiple CoStar power broker awards.
He is a Columbia native and graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Growing up in Columbia gives him an extensive list of local contacts and an intimate knowledge and understanding of the local market. Prior to working as a commercial broker, George acquired invaluable experience working for a large commercial construction company assisting with the coordination and implementation of site development and construction of large retail centers, grocery stores, and multi-family developments.
As a commercial real estate broker, George is known for his unwavering commitment to his clients’ needs. He goes above and beyond the call of duty to serve their best interests, taking the time to truly listen to their goals and concerns. With a sharp attention to detail and a deep understanding of the industry, George is dedicated to finding the right solution for each client, no matter how complex the challenge. His personalized approach and exceptional service have earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor in the world of commercial real estate.
Outside of work, George stays plenty busy spending time with his family on Lake Murray or helping out with his three sons coaching Dixie Youth baseball and Boy Scouts.
